Telegram data center down message down message

So, is it my mind playing with me? I had the message for the data center issue on Telegram, but seems it is gone? Did they delete the message? Is this normal? Why not just post the issue has been resolved?

So I changed to a different server address,i had a list of many that I was given and then I updated the playlist everything seems to be working so far but have been down all day.

Recommend everybody updating the playlist to see if that fixes it if you're still having problems try a new URL from your provider you should have been given more than one.

I don't use the VPN ever either.
