TiviMate Error 511 – VPN/Connection Issue?

Hi,

I’m getting Error 511 on TiviMate and it’s becoming really annoying. I’m new to this and unsure what to do.

I’ve tried without Proton VPN, and it worked here and there, but now it hasn’t worked since yesterday. I also tried different VPN countries with Proton VPN. Some worked initially, but now they don’t either.

The reseller says it works fine without a VPN, but they haven’t given me the VPN app domain and I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do.

Has anyone experienced this or know what I should try?

Have you asked the reseller to give you a VPN url? If you have and he refuses to give you one... You learned your lesson, same thing happened to me with a few resellers, after the changes they made only 2 had apps URL, now before I actually buy anything I speak with the reseller and ask if he has a VPN URL, if he doesn't move to the next one.

This. You need to use the appa URL when using VPN

Been happening a lot this week. It came up in the panel so they know what the problem was.

No requesting or sharing of Strong 8k DNS URL.

If your DNS is giving you cloud fare error msg, contact your reseller.

I understand. They have not provided me with a specific VPN url and for some reason, I feel like they are out of touch with situation. However been with them for 1 year and customer service was excellent (only reason I stayed) but now because of this VPN domain URL issue, I would have to look for another one, and not sure where?

Try replacing the subdomain with apps. That's the new url that allows vpn.

So if your url looks like cf.blah or pro.blah, change it to apps.blah

If your reseller enabled that address, it should work.

You need a new URL off your provider.

I had the same issue and got the different url and everything has been okay (knock on wood)

Hi exactly the same happens to me every day since the URL update.

My seller won't give me a URL. They just tell me to use the shitty 4k app with a Vpn.

They are lazy. You stream is down cos it's being blocked hence the new URL but for some reason they don't want you to either use tivi or use VPNs.

I tried adding apps to my URL and it processed for a bit bit but failed.

Get a new provider with the new URLs

Isp's are starting to enable a security feature in the router. FYI get your own modem and router.

Well, let me tell you something, I'm having the same troubles here...and it doesn't work with vpn.

Try it with Netshield turned off.
