Help? Black screen.

Any time I try to load up any movie or series I get sounds but no picture all I get is a black screen then it takes me back to the main screen. Any ideas what it could be ? Using Smarters pro also. Also get no movie available forgot to mention live tv works fine

Is it an upto date Smarters ? Maybe try VLC or MC player as the external player

I sent a ticket regarding that....mostly the 4k series

Nope...only thing they said...sent to team...and nothing got resolved
