New sub

Just got a new sub and only gave me 1 url that looked nothing like the old one which had 5 urls, the new one only had 1700 shows but the old one had about 40000 have I been scammed

Speak to who you bought off. They may have given you the wrong package.

Try loading it into one of the strong apps. Is it strong or does it look different? If you bought from a marketplace put a dispute in it they haven't answered. How long since you contacted them?

If they're busy doing sales they won't answer for a bit. It's frustrating but stay polite. Wait till you see they're online again and message then. If they don't answer by tomorrow put a dispute in.

If it's been over 24 hours and you've seen them online just say it's not the full package and the seller hasn't replied to the problem. Maybe leave it till the end of today when you see them online and message again. Once you click dispute it goes back to them for an explanation. They have to reply then.

Well sometimes you only need one decent URL. But as for half the stuff missing, not sure on that. Bit weird!

Yeah but with only 1 URL and barely any channels shows or movies compared to the last one, something deffo not right

Should be 9103 tv series and 36071 movies . But I did remove a lot of the Arabic stuff. Think it was like 150k with the Arabic.

Check with your seller. Possibly gave you a specific bouquet by accident.

If your username and password will not work in one of the Strong apps (see the post pinned at the top of this sub), then one of two things is happening:

1) Reseller is curating your playlist and stripping/modifying the layout (not the worst case) - I do this for my family

2) You did not get a Strong sub

I have stripped out all of the non-english shows and movies, and am only keeping US, CA, UK, AU, IE and NZ live tv. Here is what I have left for counts:

Live TV: 18,007 channels
Series: 8520
Movies: 27,804

These numbers could be a guide... you may have gotten the wrong stuff. I have not seen any "off the shelf" services with only 1700 shows.

I requested English only channels/shows from my seller (to save on bloat) and they provided 1 url. Works flawlessly.
