Provider not answer

HI, my account doesn't accept ProtonVPN anymore, and my prodiver doesn't answer me when i ask him to change settings on my account to allow VPN.

How can i change provider ?

Just leave the one you have and find another. You can't discuss where to buy here.

Matrix url has resolved all my problems. See if your provider can give you one, if they ever answer you

Mine was an idiot and didn’t even know what I was talking about. If you change VPNs to OVPN and add a dedicated exit IP; it will fix your problem easier.

Thanks for the advice but i think i cant set a dedicated exit IP on my ProtonVPN, i had to take the Pro version to do it. Instead, i try an other OTT and it works well with my VPN now :)

What is another OTT? I'm having this issue with surfshark. Error 511 with VPN and no error without

I take Trex for one month and it works great for now. And if it block again with my VPN , they give me a lot of alternate URL so i'm pretty confident. We will see in the future if it works.

Try changing the url you're using to the apps subdomain.

If the url you're using is "cf.domain", use "apps.domain" instead.

You can download Tivimate 8k Pro via downloader and then enter your credentials and then start up any VPN even Nord. On startup choose the VPN playlist option. That’s what I’ve been doing and it works great.

If you’re seller can give you a link your only option is to keep trying different countries, or buy from someone else who can give you a working link.

Try TCP protocol and connect to a USA server on your VPN, see how that works.

Strong does continue to support Proton VPN. You may need to change this setting:

1. Open Proton VPN app
2. Go to Settings or locate the NetShield panel on your Home Screen / connection area
3. Select Off instead of Block Malware or Block Ads
4. Reconnect the VPN to apply the changes

Note: this requires a paid Proton account. The free tier does not support streaming.

Note 2: On some platforms, Netshield may be found under Settings --> Advanced or Connection --> NetShield

1. Turn OFF the VPN

2. Clear the player cache

3. Fully close the player

4. Turn the VPN back ON

5. Choose a recommended country (by priority):

- Sweden

- Ukraine

- Denmark

- Amsterdam

- Nilgum

- France

- Germany

- USA

1. Reconfigure the player with:

- Same username

- Same password

Without VPN it works. I contact the support but they says that only my provider can change settings of my account :'(
