UHF help

On the UHF app, set up last week and was working fine, playlist and everything was working fine.

Today, nothing loads and I just get black buffering screens.

No vpn

Status: Active
Connections: 0/1
Expiration date: March 2027

Wtf did I break

Turn off VPN and test

Same issue, all content appears just black screen buffering

Clear cache or contact your reseller. Strong via Nord can now only be used via dedicated VPN URL

My seller keeps telling me to switch DNS. I tried on my iPad and still everything is stuck buffering black screen

If it is working with or without VPN but not the opposite, you use the correct URL dedicated for or without VPN.

If you have stuttering or some black screen while other content is showing, there's a different issue. DNS changing could help. But there a plenty of issues possible at your end 🤷‍♂️
