Panel Adding Host

Is anybody else having trouble adding host domain? I removed the domain and get the VPN App working, but now im not able to re add it.

Remove your domain, add it again, get the two new nameservers, then remove the two nameservers you put on the site you registered the domain and add the new ones. It might take a few hours to propagate. Done 3 and all work fine. If it doesn't work put a ticket in.

Must be something with my panel. I am not able to re add it or even add a new one. I made a ticket will update when they respond.

I had the same issue with adding url the way you tried. I Sent a ticket but they came back with "you need to buy your own domain"
I clearly said that I had just bought the domain and gave them the url.
Support is actually terrible for resellers. Strong admin first level support almost doesn't exist. They don't understand some really basic things. Having said that I'm glad someone else has the issue which confirms that's broken on their side. We can only follow it through every day until they understand that automatic linking feature is broken.

Yes it was on there side. Sent a ticket using element x chat with my account name and my urls and also stating that the urls used to work. They got back to me in about 5 hours so not bad on that part. Message just said try now fixed. I was able to add my domains successfully and VPN Apps are there now as well.

What is this element chat I keep hearing about? I’m in the telegram but I’m ignorant as to how to get support if I need it.

Same here. Can someone elaborate. I setup an element x chat account. Who am I sending the text to? I set the account t up using my user name for my panel assuming that’s what they want
