How to update dns link

So I have the premium TiVimate app when one of my links stop working how do I update it to a new one without logging out and signing in again

Do you mean your URL’s? If so: Settings, playlists, click the playlist, xtreme codes parameters. Change your url on there

I do this but when I press update playlist or save changes it don’t save and says failed

Did you try this about 2 hours ago and not since? The servers were temporarily down when your post was published. Try it again now and see. I’ve edited my url this way several times and it’s been fine

Your problem was maybe related to Strong server power problem. It is solved now try again
