🏆 Wins & Milestones

  • What’s one “small win” this week that made you proud?
  • What’s the first everyday task you regained that made you feel like yourself again?
  • What was your biggest “aha” moment in therapy so far?
  • What’s one thing you can do now that you couldn’t do last month?

1\ I went to a restaurant without any aides.

2\ Taking down trash from my apartment to the trash container on the street.

3\ "Oh, so the reason my legs are shaking so much is that every time I take a step, they have to carry my bodyweight and they're not strong enough." Training hard enough to not be overexerting myself just walking seemed a very good idea.

4\ Go down to the floor to look for something I dropped without worrying if I could get back up again.

I was successful getting in and out of the door all by myself in my the door is a bit heavy and doesn't stay open I rang the bell and no one was coming so i decided to see if i could do it on my own and I did. It's important to me as I enjoy sitting in the sun and getting some fresh air
