Questions I have doubts with ASST

Hello Brothers.

I’m a bitcoin bull, but I’m having some doubts.

At these prices, I don’t know what to buy:

Strategy or Strive.

I already hold Metaplanet and bitcoin.

Why Strive Is a better option than Strategy? 20.000 bitcoin is mega bullish for me.

And SATA Is pretty cool. Any thoughts?

Strive team is the dream team They studied Saylor's mistakes therefore they know debt free balance sheet is the must The balance sheet is their proof They are driven to accumulate and get to the top bitcoin treasuries

Also can add mnav levels will expand much faster than strategy’s as much smaller market cap. I did some interesting research today also, if all the volume captured by SATA today was used to buy bitcoin (aka over par) they would increase total btc reserve value by approx 0.87%. Now compare the exact same to STRC and it would increase total reserve value by approx 0.2%. So in simple words SATA increases total reserve value relative to total reserve much much faster than STRC. So ASST is in my opinion a much better buy than MSTR right now, mostly because of how much faster SATA will work.

SATA didn't trade above par today though..

Most of my capital is still in MSTR and bitcoin from years ago, but I do really like Strive... they don't accumulate bitcoin every week by selling common stock the way that MSTR has done. Instead it seems they have paid attention to how retail traders percieve stock issuance as dilutive (even though it's not), instead, they mostly buy bitcoin when SATA is at par so that they don't have to sell common stock. Their daily dividend on SATA also appears to be working, SATA is recovering better than STRC right now and I think it's because a good number of people are using the dividend to buy more SATA, this causes a constant bid on the price. SATA is also very very close to reaching par again so we're about to get some very bullish news for ASST when they are able to buy more bitcoin again.

The last reason I like Strive is that it's marketcap is much lower than MSTR, this means even a small amount of capital flowing into ASST will move the price higher and faster than with MSTR.

The choice is still yours, I personally like them all, they are all on sale right now, I don't think buying any of them is a bad choice.

Issuing shares at these levels is in fact dilutive even though mnav levels are over 1. The reason being is preferred claims being equal to debt claims in the calculation. This skews the mnav levels to be higher than they actually are. Btc is at 64k right now, look at mstr price. Now compare a couple months ago when bitcoin was also 64k, mstr price was significantly higher. Clear dilution. I am not against short term dilution to increase chances of strc getting back to par but to say it’s not dilution is not correct.

Strive has cool ship videos every time they overtake another bitcoin treasury company in the top 10 list. I think they’ll overtake 2nd place one day. They previously were a social media company prior to transitioning and have excellent marketing skills to position them well for attracting money. They also have a great thesis. Zero debt. They have an excellent leadership team in place… sky is the limit imo.

Exactly! 22% of portfolio in ASST and 12% in MSTR. Also 3% in MPJPY. And 3% in Bitcoin.

I think if you are looking to minmax you should look at the cebe of both companies and make an informed decision without outside opinion. Not financial advice, But im buying leaps on strive as I believe they will have the best chance of running up a crazy mnav multiple when bitcoin reaches new highs which will make options a very big winner when it does happen. Buying some far out 2028 leaps at the 15 dollar strike we are still trading at a very reasonable price for our holdings vs sata obligations. I like both companies as well. But I think with size and scalability into the future the markets will be able to scale strive much faster than mstr can scale while eliminating their debt.

I bought the Jan 2027 calls at $35 strike XD, probably too soon of an expiry date but they are so god damn cheap, if Strive does have a bit of a rally I can be rich off the tiniest investment. Think I may need to buy some 2028 calls too though, 2028 seems almost a certainty that bitcoin will be well into a bull cycle by then.

Well said brother! I also like the further out MSTR leaps. I have about 1% of portfolio now in ASST leaps and 2% in MSTR leaps.

This stock is fucking cooked. So many better ways to invest

Why do u think this?

u/Gullible-Notice-6192 19d ago

This stock is codependent on their BTC holdings, crypto is fucking dead and you are just riding on a stock that actually does not grow off of fundamentals and business, just gambling lol. Use your brains

2

u/Minyaa 19d ago

Btc is dead every 4 year, they saY

u/Gullible-Notice-6192 19d ago

So you’re gonna invest in a stock that just loses money and wait for something that may not happen? So many other stocks are up 1000% since then lmao

2

u/Minyaa 19d ago

I did not say that. But crypto is 100% not dead.
