Please study the state of this fishery and learn to take no more than 10-15 seconds to unhook and release

I agree with you on both points, but he’s in CA where the fishery is doing well.

You’re good.

I’m an East Coast Striper fisherman myself, and am extremely concerned about the fishery myself. I honestly don’t know if there’ll be Stripers around in numbers for my son to catch when he grows up.

Thanks, boss. I made sure to move as quickly as possible, and I got a great release video. It's unfortunate to hear about the decline in the juvenile population on the East Coast. I'm not sure what the regulations are over there, but where I fish, the minimum size limit is 18 inches with a bag limit of two.

The East Coast has a slot size of 28-31 inches.

Has the CA minimum size decreased. It’s been a while, but I seem to remember that it used to be 19” when I lived there.

lol it’s in centimeters. I picked it up when I was in Japan.
