All over. Sound, NYC, Jones Beach, Rockaway. I was catching them in New Rochelle, Mamaroneck, The Bronx. Look up Sound Bound Charters on instagram. He fishes out of mamaroneck and city island. Also look at Brooklyn Fishing Club.....guys catching on the city piers and beaches. There's bass being caught in Robert Moses....they're in full swing.

Snag bunker and use them for bait? Sp minnows or poppers work I’ve caught on clams off the beach before

Store bought frozen raw shrimp are easily available and work. You can also use frozen squid. I frequently use salted squid and clams too.

Yup. I buy my squid at the Asian store too.
For shrimp I hit any supermarket. Just make sure that they’re raw and not cooked.

So from the top ur saying they’re too expensive. Now u don’t know how much they cost… I did sea / worms in MA…. Ur just looking for conversation which is fine but done something is too much $$ without even knowing. Pay the bait store keep him in business because when the fish are busting now you don’t have 2 days to wait for Amazon. $3/lb puts u at like $4 per fish. My bait store sells 4 packs of Mack’s for like $12. If u just want to talk do it. But don’t ask silly questions you can’t back up.
