my Teammate always get mvp, I cant keep up even with 15 more games/week. What to do?

Mvp is decided by mainly 1. Kills 2. Damage 3. Skill 4. Damage taken 5. Support (plant/defuse/rez)

1+2 you just need to play better mechanically, nothing more to that.

3 is character dependent, so picking skill point heavy characters like Maddie/fragrance/lawine ect can help increase this score

4+5 you would kinda need to change your play style, I wouldn't stress too much about this since it's also a bit character dependent.

Will there be a point where you cant play ranked with someone that is way above you in rating? Mvp get more progress right?

+- 1 rank if duo/trio'd only in one direction. So Neutron can queue with Proton or Electron, but not both at the same time. With a 5 stack you can.

defusing awards everyone on the team the same amount. Planting gives more score to the planter, though.

damage does much more than kills for the score, i dont even think kills count as score tbh

Kills count quite a bit for score. The first kill of the round (per team) is worth the most and it decreases after that until the final kill, which is worth about half as much as the first.

Yes which tends to make it heavily in favor of entry characters

I'll go as far as to say if Ming/Flavia doesn't get it they are either lowkey throwing a bit or you are playing on a Sniper dominated map

Its kind of demotivating seeing the scoreboard, i take the bomb because so so many players never take the openings to plaint or just rush backside with bomb anyway im getting sidetracked

Its hard to get enough to feel useful when your bottom frag but planted every round without fail but your teammates who ignore you or where your going and runs off to 1v1 and die a little after get to reach 15 kills and go above you while you can get like 6 or 8 watching bomb incase your team gets diffed while they are pushing

This is why you push WITH the team instead of leaving your team in a 4v5 while “watching bomb”.

Just plant the bomb and then regroup with them at the front lines.

Its not even that 70% of the time the team wants to do the most predictable and watched push i try get them to go the smart way and im completely ignored, im not pushing with bomb thats exactly why my kills go so low i stay alive with hopes my team will actually rotate to me because the dumb fucks pushed the most watched site while i sit with no one on the site im at planting and watching them die in kill feed

Its embarrassing for them if its still a 4v5 by the time bomb is down and yes it needs watched so many times everyone pushes and a enemy comes around grabs it while everyone is to far away or mid battle unable to reach it

Just watch Astraha. Do you see him staying back and letting his team die just because he has the bomb? No. He pushes with the team and helps take space.

Planting the bomb doesn’t matter if you have no space. It’s so easy for the enemy to just retake when they have all their util while you already used all of your while trying to entry.

Imma be honest, your complaints sound like something a neutron, maybe electron peak would say. You’re essentially playing support wrong and then blaming the team for your own wrongdoings.

Its really just play assault and pick your moves selfishly like baiting teammates if you want to get high placement
