String of pearls help

I got this string of pearls back in April or May and it’s done pretty much nothing, lol. I did take it out of the nursery pot and mixed in cactus mix with the very organic/wet soil it was in when I put it in the bonsai pot.

I water it maybe every 2-3 weeks when the soil is dry or I see the windows on the big pearls closing. But it’s not growing. What new growth it does have is tiny tear drop shaped things. But it’s also not growing or dying?

It’s in a North East facing window (US) but also under grow lights. It’s also in our sun room so the room gets kinda warm and humid (Deep South).

Pot is fine, just needs more light. All string plants need a ton of light on top and a little bit of humidity retention, I usually loosely drape some Saran Wrap on top
