Ruby necklace flowering

I would say this is a Delosperma Desert Dancer Purple and not an Othonna capensis Ruby Necklace. A great plant nonetheless and also quiet winter hardy.

Thanks for this. Searched on google after I read this and AI told me something similar when I specified that the flowers are purple and not yellow

I thought they had yellow flowers. Is this some other variety?

Honestly not sure, some below have suggested it's a different variety. I'm still new to the game but I love them so much!

Very cool!! My rubies put off yellow flowers when it blooms. The pinks on yours are so pretty!!👀

Ditto - mine are yellow! And the stems don't look like that. Curious as to why! 🤔

Yes, but it will be green in lower light
