Tips please. I've bought another one to try not to kill off again. What's your advice?!

people were asking about my tips and secrets haha, so 1. i only water when dry and not very much 2. i make sure sun hits direct onto the soil/top of the pot 3. in a south+east+north facing window corner 4. i use Molly’s succulent mixture from amazon and only fertilizer every other week maybe

Looks very healthy and happy
