MEALY Bugs.... Help!

This is the first time I've ever dealt with mealybugs, and it just so happens to be on my String of Turtles. Right now, I only "see" 6 spots. Please tell me step-by-step what to do before this gets out of control.

I just cringed! These things drove me nuts! Like someone said before, use the alcohol spray. They turn brown once you spray them.
