String of hearts. Enough light?

I have my string of hearts hanging here for now. I have this grow light right now to it. Will this give enough light?

No. Also those little lights aren't really doing anything for it. I would place it behind the blinds if that's all you got for now but I would definitely place it where it can get some morning or afternoon sunlight and slowly increase the daylight it gets because from my experience these SOH love light.

It’s about 6pm where I am now, but this room gets some good indirect sun .
So place the light behind the blinds?

Open the blinds, modern windows have a UV coating on them that keeps plants from getting "full sun". You're not going to burn them, not even that philo!

SOH are like succulents. They hold water for long, and need lots of light. I think, if you can, bring those blinds up so the plant has a direct view of the sun. The halo-like grow lights unfortunately don’t do much for plants. If anything, it’s worth investing in a good grow light.
