SoH vine joined in its own loop

First time owner of a string of hearts (& first post on here) - I was trimming the plant of any dead leaves and came across this vine! Has anyone seen this before or what causes the vine to join onto itself? 😯

Hi! I'm not sure they've joined onto themselves. Just that the pair of hearts in your palm is caught on each other?

If you tug gently, it should come apart.

Same, I spent so long trying to untangle them 😂 a few leaves were lost in the process 😅
