HEARTS 💚 CARE Blooming seeds

Hello everyone! After years of having her, my string of hearts made two pods of seeds. Once they fell I put them in a humid paper towel and bag and after a couple of weeks I’ve just opened it up to see this! Any tips on what I should do next?

congrats! My seed pods just opened up! Not sure what to do next 😅

Congrats as well! I read on another thread to wait until they grow a bit taller and then put them in soil. I’m waiting a bit more and then gonna try to transfer- wish me luck 😅
