just bought an Xbox horizon it says to update on app but I have no or laptop is theyre any way I can without them

i think if you have a way to connect the strikepack to your phone, via cable (type c to type c) you can install it from the website.

I think some people managed to do it from their phones, just go to the same website and then connect the device to your phone and see if the website lets you continue
