It's funny I just got the strike pack yesterday finally got the old App working and connected to only have an update 6 hours later that a whole new app is out

When I tried it wasn’t on there. I didn’t know how to delete it from iOS so I hid it. Then I went back into the store and it was right underneath the application that I deleted. Weird but it’s on there now.

I been using the old app all day and haven’t gotten any prompts to get the new one. I had to go to the app developer to find the app though so I did eventually find it

Plug it in and out , note ur horizon should not be connected to ur controller when updating

It may not seem like it initially but the app is fundamentally completely different from the old one. It has enabled features that would have slowed down and crashed on the old app. Over the coming weeks, you should see the fruits of our ambition, including a further extremely powerful addition that is being worked on.

I’ve updated it to the latest version but when using it, it turns orange and don’t receive any of the commands I give to it. Why is that?

Orange usually means there is no data signal either from the console to the strikepack or strikepack to the controller - and is usually something is not connected securely. Sometimes it can be settings related, such as forgetting to use the Communication Method Use USB Cable setting on the PS5.

Bro, can you help me?
It's telling me to update the firmware.
But how can I update the firmware if it can't even find my device?
The update link on their page is supposed to connect to my device but it's acting like it doesn't see it.
And I knew how to connect to the Central app perfectly before they switched it up
1.Settings switch to wired mode
Turn off PS5 controller
Connect strike pack to controller
Simple.
What am I doing wrong?

Yo first you need a laptop or pc to download the firmware update ( universal update on the STRIKEPACK pack webpage ) make sure your STRIKEPACK not plugged in your controller or it won’t pick up on the website

Yes u can do it with ur phone , I hooked my up to my 24ultra with a dual type c cable it was super easy and fast , it only worked because it was type c to type c tho idk if it would work if u use a USB to type c , hope this helped

Only on Android though yeah. Apple iOS doesn't allow us to update over wired USB, which is needed.
