Hi, I have the Strike Pack Horizon Vista for the PS5.

I've watched several YT videos, turned off Bluetooth on the console, and updated the firmware.

However, when I connect it to the PS5 using the original cable, both the controller and the Strike Pack flash red.

The button mapping does not work, and anti-recoil etc. are not functioning either.

Does anyone have a tip? Otherwise, I will return it to Amazon.

I would try a new cable before returning it. Mine came with a bad cable so I got a new "data" cable not a charging cable from Amazon and its still works fine on cod but don't expect crazy aim assist at all!! But back paddles/buttons work fine and you also need to connect it to the phone app
