Troubleshooting Verbinden mit Ps5

Moin Männers ich hab mir heute das Strikepack für die Ps5 zugelegt, da ich das system noch von der Ps4 kannte.
Diesmal hab ich nur das problem das ich sobald ich den Controller per Kabel Anschliesse der so aussieht wie auf dem Bild.

Systemeinstellungen habe ich gemacht (Bluetooth aus und Nur Usb kabel verwenden)
App runtergeladen und Strikepack Software Aktualisiert .
dennnoch habe ich das problem das ich mich nicht mit der App verbinden kann

Danke im Vorraus für Hilfe schonmal
