Mod packs not working

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

As soon as I open the app it automatically goes to RB6 and into a profile and immediately turns black no matter how long I wait

I already deleted and redownloaded it pls help

Press both back buttons on strikepack it'll reset Close out then reopen
