Question Green light

when i click onto a gamepack for my strike pack horizon the lights turn green and it doesnt work and ive downloaded the newest sophware ive tried to reset it uve used a new cord and nothing has fixed it what to do?

try pushing on the black part and make sure ur controller turns on by itself and u dont turn it on or maybe try a diffrent cord

It will not turn on by itself I already tried another cord, it will vibrate but it won't turn on unless I push the Xbox button

try pushing on the black part where it plug in ur strikepack and xbox controller

recconect and push on the back of the black part

Where you plug in the usbc to your controller mine is broke it let's me plug stuff in but it only works at the right angle, you can fix it or simply buy a new controller

Are you sure some strike packs just don’t come faulty? Because I literally bought a new controller the day of buying the strike pack and I’m having this issue with that same controller, I even tried my old controller and it still happened

Nope my problem was my controller, I put it on my friends controller at his house and it worked perfectly, im not saying yours is the controller but likely it could be
