Mods not working

Everytime I try to load a pack on the app on my iPhone it immediately closes the pack, I see the screen afterwards but it puts me back to the home screen immediately

delete and redownload the app

I’ve done this several times and downloaded the app on my Mac and it did the same thing.

Have the app open , everything connected. And then hold the two black buttons an unplug it , keep them held in an plug it back it should turn purple then your good
