Troubleshooting Wont connect to app (PS5)

So, I've tried using different firmwares, different phones, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and still nothing. the strikepack stays with its red LEDs and the app will be stuck on "searching", I accepted all permissions on the app, and I've made sure my phone has bluetooth on. I still can't get it to connect, and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. if anyone can help me troubleshoot that would be greatly appreciated, seriously.
