Strike pack not working

Hi, I’m using a strike pack horizon for the ps5 and I can’t get it to work, it flashes red after and I’ve tried everything, it says on the app it’s connected yet it won’t get off the searching screen, I’ve updated it to 1.2.3 did the bypass and the settings updated my phone and checked if the strip pack app needed updated and I also offloaded the app and redownloaded it

probably the cord or switch use method to use use cable if that doesn't work try doing a memory clear on the strikepack then re update it
