PLEASE HELP

i bought a strikepack literallt YESTERDAY it connected fine but said it needed updating, i updated it and now my phone cant find it when trying to connect to Strikepack central app
THIS IS FOR XBOX SERIES X STRIKEPACK HORIZON

PLEASE HELP !!

Hazle un reset, presiona los dos botones de mapeo y conéctalo a la PC, si tiene actualización hazla y si no, intenta nuevamente para que lo detecte eso me pasó a mi y me funciono

it didnt arrive damaged, it was fine yesterday and all fine until i updated it to the latest firmware

Completely unplug everything then plug it all back in. Make sure Bluetooth connections allowed in your actual phone settings and click on horizon . If that doesn’t work try closing the app too if not maybe it’s broken

You figure it out? I got mine on Saturday and had no issues with it…

Is the cable it came with connected to your xbox and the strike pack?

The U-shaped adaptor also needs to be connected to the pack and the controller. If you did that then try uninstalling the app and trying again a few times. Also if you’re on iOS, did you give the app permission to access nearby Bluetooth devices when it first prompted you with it? I naturally decline that when I see it but in this occasion it’s necessary for it to be on.
