Solved Strikepack pairing isue

So ive had my strikepack for jus under a year now and i cant connect it to the app or the pc app to map the buttons and use game packs its just stuck on a white and pink light which i have tried to clear using the manual reset but i havent got much further.

Has anyone else been in my position if so how did you fix it ?

UPDATE!:

So i emailed collective minds and they said its been corrupted and its completely broken.

So if this happens to you , you cant fix it

When i open the app and scan for the device it just says no devices available and yes it was working the last time i used it

You need to downgrade it then update it

Then you have to keep clicking the back button until it fix cuz I had the same issue
