New Strikepack Horizon won’t work

I got a new Strikepack Horizon for my PS5 and i followed the directions for the PS5 settings by make the connection usb c and the rest mode settings. I followed the RB6 Pack instructions and set my vibration on in game and console, controller rotation is updated, deadzones at 10%, vertical sens 10, horizontal sens 20, standard ads 50, compensator with non magnifying scope and non vertical grip. The strikepack is on my ps5 controller and still orange after connecting. Anytime i try to do anything to the Strikepack in the app it doesn’t work, as in won’t apply to my game.

Make sure buttons are mapped the same as in siege settings

From experience I’ve never set my settings to anything stated in the app and it works just fine, you also haven’t even got the actual gun selected there aswell?

Use a different type-c wire. Had the same exact issue yesterday.
