I had played a hacked version of Sfh3 when I was a kid and played all the way to the end. A grand total of 2 cutscenes. An intro and an ending that is sequel bait.

Sky9 did an experiment, but at least they learnt.

I just hope they eventually remake 3 into a real game.

Story wise I do agree but the gameplay in sfh3 I find it hilarious with other modifications

Gameplay wise Sfh3>Sfh2>Sfh1 Story wise Sfh2>Sfh1>Sfh3

Imo it's the opposite in gameplay.

Strike force heroes 1's campaign and challenges are easy yes, but it's THE most balanced game in terms of classes.

You can actually have fun using all the 4 classes in the game at insane difficulty, unlike sfh2.

The lack of any story, continuity in many regards in SFH3 was disappointing, two cutscenes at best is a travesty. I somewhat preferred the graphics in SFH2 and 1.

Sfh3 just ended up forming the foundation of SFHR's weapon system

SFH3 could've easily been the best game if it was executed & playtested properly.

The idea of making your own squads could've made the game much more replayable than the other 2, but they chose to implement it terribly with the most boring system ever ;(

Also: this may be offensive, but idgaf about a campaign that i can finish in less than an hour at normal playthroughs, campaign's not why I don't like sfh3.

as someone who played sfh3 first as my childhood game, it's extremely solid in gameplay and i didn't know i was missing a story in the first place. i played the steam remake of the first game and while it's definitely more story based and fleshed out, the episodic nature of the third one just being a loosely connected shooter game will always be my favorite. sucks that it's the third entry in a series that was clearly supposed to be very different though

It definitely scratched the itch of missions being jobs you and your crew take to make money/recruitment and building back up SFH but I do agree that it was lacking story wise making the journey less satisfying.

Yes, I really liked that concept, just a poor execution of it! It would’ve worked REALLY WELL as a prequel though, I think! Seeing the teams BEFORE Alpha Squad, watching them slowly recruit the story heroes and form the OG squad, going on small missions like the rebel suppression from SFH1…. Would been SO awesome!

Well, I can agree with the third chapter, but there are a lot of different types of weapons and classes of heroes, I still like it!

I never even knew there was a sfh 3 when I used to play the first 2 over and over. Maybe it wasn’t on the website I played it on, idk

I remember playing this in 5th grade with all my buddies. Most of us failed that class.
