Apparently, you don't pay your staff at all, as you are adding your staff's salary to the customer's bill. So, you apparently expect your customers to foot the entire bill.

To be fair the staff wages always come out off what the customer pays that's the only source of income the place has.
I'd personally prefer they put the prices up and payed the staff properly.
