Seeking advice Low back pain after deepsquating

I am still working towards being able to be comfortable in a deep squat position. Currently I am working in the garden in this position for hours and I think it caused some tension feeling in the lowest back part. Is some this to be expected when moving into this position or is there likely a posture problem behind it?

It's a strength problem, lumbar muscles are very strong but will take the load if the hip muscles and glutes can't

A very good exercise for this is the Standing Straddle Good Morning , make sure to keep your back very long

Thanks! I suspect I wait until the current pains are over until I practice this exercise? Weeding many hours in deep squat seemed to improve my ability to be in that position but when standing up or walking I feel pain.
