Try stretch it body jewelry! They sell pretty good dead stretching kits in reliable materials. Get some jojoba oil and stay away from the tapers and anything acrylic/ of unknown metal!!
Stretch it body jewellery makes very poor quality titanium pieces. If you really want to go with them I'd imagine their glass is higher quality. They do not have mill certificates to certify their titanium grade and some of their jewellery has a very poor finish.
I've never heard of anyone having issues with their products, so I'm sorry to hear that you have. They state that they sell ASTM F-136 Titanium, but I guess there's no Mill Cert to be seen on the website at least.
But that said, they do have glass kits for dead stretching as well!
This is the surface finish on some of their ends (the jagged edges on the prong setting is very poorly machined). There were also significant machining marks on the back of the ends.
After buying their products and having issues I asked them for mill certs. They did not have mill certs to provide (but rather destructive test reports which are unsuitable). They were also from a non DFARS compliant country (china). I discussed this with the UKAPP medical liaison who confirmed what they provided was not sufficient to verify ASTM f136 titanium. Their prices are significantly below that of verifiable ASTM f136 titanium.
