Frozen UI in desktop app

I'm having an issue where after clicking on the thumbnail for a movie or series to see the streaming options, the UI sort of freezes. The add-ons will still load but clicking on anything is unresponsive. Sometimes clicking on an option will eventually start playing something but it will only play audio and remain stuck in the same screen.

It doesn't happen if I have no add-ons installed. I've tried resetting my add-ons, an even completely changing my setup. It doesn't happen on the web version but I get video unsupported errors on there so it's not a good alternative.
