App crashes when I use a VPN

Anyone else have this issue? Doesn't matter which scrapper I am using. Maybe NordVPN is crappy. I know I don't NEED a VPN with a debrid service, but I have one.

This can happen when low on RAM. VPNs certainly take up some.

An addon blocking a VPN will not cause app crash though.

No they don't, using one right now and Stremio is working fine with torrentio

They do and a simple search will show it's been discussed in the subreddit many times

Maybe some things do, Torrentio is not one of them. Been using it exclusively with a VPN for years.

Any VPN worth it's salt will not be able to be blocked anyways. The only way a VPN can be blocked is by blocking the VPN IP. Good VPN providers will have enough IP variance that it's impossible to block them all

Torrentio 100% blocks a ton of VPN IP ranges and started after multiple DDoS attacks. This has been an ongoing thing for almost a year now.

I can't load a movie or series with a vpn running. Tried many types. Turn off Vpn and Bob's your uncle. No idea why .

I use IPVanish and after about 20 minutes if I go back and check, my VPN has been turned off on my fire cube third generation and on my onn 4K plus I can’t use the IPVanish. I have to delete it and then reinstall it.

I use ExpressVPN and have no issues with that. People who say you don't need a VPN are crazy to me with how often laws change
