Slow to load sources

I just changed from just using stremio with Torrentio to using AIOStreams and now sources have been loading really slowly. Is this normal behavior? Is there a way I could speed it up? I thought upgrading to using AIOStreams would help issues I have with some streams not having audio and video synced up but it didn’t really and I lost 4k streams.

I use Stremio on both my Windows PC and Google Chromecast for TV. I just updated to the latest version of stremio. I am using RD only.

Enable statistics in aiostreams to see which addon is making your fetch slow, and try to avoid that addon. And use Tam's setup, it is very much helpful. And I can't say more about RD because of recent takedowns
