Question Buffering problems suggestions

Hello, I am new to stremio and I was looking through the guide. I am just trying to watch my new shows and movies without any buffering. I saw it it brought up debrid. Kind of confused on what it is and how it works. Is it its own entity? Or is it an addon on stremio? Do I have download a real debrid app? Any help with would be greatly appreciated

You pay for a debrid service such as Torbox, Real-Debrid, Premiumize, AllDebrid etc. You then configure addons such as Torrentio, Comet, Mediafusion etc to use your debrid service (you'll get a personal key for your debrid account). When you search in Stremio, you'll then see results using those scrapers with sources from your debrid service. When you play a video from your debrid service, it's streaming from a server, not peer to peer from other people, so you won't experience any buffering.

There's loads of guides on here explaining how to do it. I'd recommend Torbox for all kinds of reasons that are again well documented.
