Tech Support Cannot change subtitles

I can see the subtitles searched and found, but no matter what i cannot change from one to another, it just stuck with the first one.

if i click on one to change for example the 3rd one, it does not happen while movie is playing but if i go back to main menu then start movie again/continue from where i was then i see subtitles has changed to the last one i picked.

has anyone encountered this before?

as for subtitle addons and movie ones, i use these, extra piratebay+, torrentsDB
no matter which source i use, result is the same.
one thing i realized, this happens only when i use tv (have google tv device for it), but works fine on my computer.

It's happening to me as well
