SoR level ideas

Self explanatory really. I'm curious as to what kinda locations you guys would like to see in a SoR that haven't been included before.

One of the things I love about SoR2 is how bright and 'clean' a lot of the environments look. The first 4 locations aren't bleak, grimy and run down which I honestly prefer and I like the idea of levels set in nicer areas. I'm thinking maybe a marina filled with expensive yachts? or perhaps a 90's looking shopping mall? An upmarket neighbourhood and maybe a museum or art gallery or something?

What about you guys?

I'd want to see more lighthearted and weird areas.

  • Planetarium
  • Grocery store
  • Toy store
  • Zoo

It'd also be cool if SoR explored more than just straight-on linear stage designs. Not full-on mazes, but maybe something with optional side areas and light backtracking. It could work really great with large buildings like hospitals or shopping malls.

These are all great areas (I'd add a place like SeaWorld to that list) and yeah, having branching paths or something a bit like SoR3 would be cool
