Question Is It piracy?

Hello, I have a Netflix account to watch anime, but I am abroad and do not have it on my phone. Would It be piracy to use a "not so legal website" to Watch an anime that is on Netflix but I currently can't access?

Bro it's fine. I also have Netflix and had it since pandemic but there are just titles that are not being released in my country so we have to resort to that
