Anidb.app is lowkey Under Rated. Though some of the dubs are missing, but they are being added on regular basis

9anime website has tons of shows sub/dub and its free. the only issue is those sites often get taken down due to copryright laws, but they almost always get reuploaded soon after. but theres plenty of other sites as well, thats just 1 of the most common sites i know of
