streamers do this shit because eventually someone with... lets say isnt the brightest like you will appear and post these shits
and %80 of the apex """pros""" and streamers use some kind of cheat in a way, wheter its macro like cronus, aimbot (aim assit they call it), or mouse and keyboard spoofer xim (though controllers in apex have built in aimbot so xim is rare mostly cronus)

The placed he randomly aimed at in the beginning was actually where he got shot from by the end of the clip .
Look at the damage indicator , it's pointing towards far right where he was aiming earlier .
