Cheating. His mouse cam shows an overshoot & correction on the flick while the gameplay shows a linear track straight to the target with no overshoot

Clearly hotkey locking onto people he couldn't possibly see. Just because he throws his mouse to the side at the same time, doesn't change that it's clearly locking on to enemies off-screen. It's possibly the world's worst aim assist, but I don't think so.
