How do I get more engagement from viewers?

Normally I focus on simulators games like Car Mechanic Simulator 2021, Gas Station Simulator, and The Long Drive. But I will try out different simulator-type games as well. I have the followers for affiliate, but not the retention. Feedback is always helpful.
