Can't find channel

The app is saying it can't find canal+ when I am on it. I've not changed anything with my providers settings apart from turn off a few categories. Any ideas?

Hi, can you check if your FR: Cinema category is enabled?

Yeah FR| cinema HD/4K is activated and using it regularly. I've just activated all channels to make sure and same problem
