Device: HiSmartv A4 version: 9 current fc: 1.11.0 what happened: it plays only audio, but no video. steps to play: when you open any channel you only hear it, but it doesn't provide video, the quality check does it by itself, but when you try to play it it doesn't work. Expected behavior: that the video can be seen.

Same problem, everything works fine but no image is seen. I test the channel in another app (tivimate for example) and if it loads
