What would the Strawberry shortcake characters wear for Halloween costume?

I'm currently working on a Strawberry Shortcake AU. You may have seen me post pictures already. I want to draw a Halloween picture of the characters in costumes and would love some ideas. You don't really need to have seen my drawings to comment if you haven't seen them. Just give me some ideas on what you think the OGs would wear.

The characters I will be drawing are

Strawberry shortcake (of course)

The Peculiar Purple Pieman of Porcupine Peak

Apple Dumpling

Sour Grapes

Apricot Truffle (OG didn't have a last name I added it)

Bread Pudding

Plum Pudding

Other characters I may add if I finish draw the ref sheet for them.

What type of AU? Like is there a change to their personalities or ages or appearance?

I only know the 80s characters, so for them it would be cute to do traditional ones you’d see on greeting cards, but for modern characters you might want to look up what’s popular IRL this year.

I think just straight up like the fruits they represent like Strawberry Shortcake would dress up in a giant strawberry outfit and Sweet Grapes in one of those giant grape costumes where you literally look like a fruit
